If i were over 21, i wud have applied because i have five published books at the age of 19 to impress a complete stranger… Had given one liners to Humayun Saeed too a couple of years back.. It was Humayun's kindness to trust me, im not that good !!!

This will be a great oppurtunity for those who have missed it earlier in their life for some reasons. I have applied too. I have high hopes from this program. Its really nice to know there are some people who are working on the youth. I hope i have enough skills and luck that i have a chance to be selected.
Sir, yesterday, i wrote in my application that “according to WHO 2007 Annuall health report 8,90000 induced abortions happening annually. ” i want to mention here that it is the data about pakistan.
This is a very good step in your personal capacity, At least some one got the guts to initiate some thing , I hope this program will inspire many more and even aware many people to focus on these traits to develop and shine them , If people dont know how to express themself in good and effective way then there telent is useless and wasted .
I would just like to give one suggestion that many people who would like to join some of them are out of pakistan, and almost 99% of pakistani people who dont have the resourse and cant commit time to join due to particular reasons .it would be a great thing if you can capture it in camera and put on web or tv that would be very help full to thoes who cant join .

Good luck with the project. You promise 8 years of training in 8 weeks… I would say that sometimes in life one requires just that one Oprah "AHA" moment for everything to change. If you can click that positive attitude button in these 8 people i would say that it would be worth a life time of training for them which would change it all! And if we(pakistanis) can get 8 leaders out of this programme then what can be better than that!!!
I sure am curious about what everyone is writing in their applications. Maybe when the candidates are selected , you can share the successful applicants answers with everyone!

What if I come to Karachi to attend this lecture (If I get selected)? My aunt lives in Karachi and I have already asked my parents to allow me to go their for two months. It's convenient for me. I do an online job so moving to Karachi for two months won't cause any problem to me. Am I now eligible for applying? I really want to apply and to take a chance.

I just filled and submitted the form. Can't express how delighted I was to read the reply. The decency does reflect the dedication. Its sad to see people rebuking just for the sake of nothing at all. They are themselves busy leading monotonous lives and thinking its too late to change things. The least everyone else can do is SUPPORT what Faisal bhai or others like him are trying to do. They might not be doing the right thing, but the fact they are at least doing SOMETHING with a positive intention says it all.
I don't know if I would be selected or not. What I do know is, after 8 weeks we'll have another visionary adding her/his flavor to the world. So best of luck to the organizers=)

We remember you well. We are planning lectures for Lahore and Islamabad, but infinity-888 will have to be for Karachi only for now. Maybe in future we can come up with a speed version of it.

Its sad how the majority is criticizing. Neither they do anything, nor let the doers do. If due to our predicaments we can't manifest a solution, the least we can do is verbally support those are doing SOMETHING.
I don't know I would be selected or not. What I do know is, after 8 weeks we will have another visionary.

I have something to say about this program. Please keep in mind that you select only those who really would benefit from this opportunity. I mean humarey jaise log agar apply karein ge and unn ko groom kia jaye gaa to it would be a waste. If people from the lower middle class who have education but no grooming through schools or family are selected, they would benefil more than a person from say Grammar or Aitchison etc. Get my point?

I am one of the interviewees of this program. I have something to register here. I am not completely aware of the exact style with which you want to go ahead with this program's selection criterion/criteria, but this stand of public commenting and voting is defied at my end.
Elaborately, no viewer can assess anyone's speaking, mentoring or even presentation skills with a 7-min video. I repeat, since I am unaware of what exactly you've in mind about the selection process, therefore I can't really comment, but I would register my reservation on this.
Sharing the interview only would have been a nice clear incentive for the participants but allowing public voting is something beyond grasp from a person of your caliber. As anyone would expect, genuine voters will barely be 10% of the total lot. People are forcing their friends and gathering votes. This seems too 'small' for something as serious as this. Either you should be deciding, or those of your level (some HR managers or senior managers), else a small presentation session would have been enough to decide.
I did share my video on my social networking websites but within fifteen minutes, removed it- moved by this thought only.
Anyway, purpose of this post was just to share my thought. All the best to everyone. May the deserving goes in.

For long I have thought about what's my aim in life, where exactly I will get the opportunity to do something meaningful, I read books thinking why am I reading this when it doesn't even concern me. And I'll say it honestly that I have actually lost quite some sleep on all of this. But I am so much at peace now thanks to you and infinity experience.
After my first interview it just dawned on me that whatever I am doing, whatever experiences I am gathering, whatever knowledge I am gaining is preparing me, I am getting prepared so when the opportunity comes up, I am able to deliver. Suddenly I feel that there is no hurry, I do not see any goal but I see that I need to continue the preparation so when the goal is in front of me, I am able to achieve it. I am finally at peace with myself. I am no more interested in searching around for a goal and meaning out of life, I now believe it will come to me whenever I am ready. And if I never got to it, even then I am happy that I am and I would continue to improve myself and hopefully leave the world as a better individual than what I originally was. It's certainly no loss either.
I just wanted to Thank you for helping me in realizing this. You have no idea how much better and happy I feel, suddenly life has started to make sense.

i hope you can manage some sessions for lahore as well, even if once a month or so as you wouldnt be able to grab much time to keep coming to lahore..anyways till then, can the videos of sessions being held in karachi be made available for your site members?

really? i could do that, i have quite a bunch of enthusiastic friends who'd love to attend such a course ,im pretty sure it'd be a learning experience for us all..currently we are on our semester break, i guess the college will reopen in september as the govt wants us to stay at home till eid..its funny though. anyways, once the semester is back on and i go back to lahore, i with a bunch of some more people will contact you through this channel
